Miss me? It’s been too long!
April was a whirlwind of a month and frankly, one that I’m so glad is behind me. I got offered (what I thought) was my dream job, turned down (what I thought) was my dream job – resulting in a range of emotions from the highest of highs to the lowest of lows. I learned a lot about myself, my support system and how other people work and it really was a personal month of growth.
Not only did I learn so much about how people work, myself included, but I was reminded (yet again) how God works. He’s always in control and his plan is 100% better than anything I could imagine. Things really did work out exactly how they were supposed to. When you no longer think you know better than God, imagine how freeing that is. That job that I thought was my dream job – FAR from it. I’ve been praying and dreaming and manifesting and you just stay tuned for what I have in store.
You know what they say.. April showers bring May flowers.
Literally… Kingston loved helping me on ‘Flower Day’.
Flower Day, aka redoing and replanting our flowers beds, means Spring has fully arrived in the Trotter household! I love looking out my kitchen window at these beauties.
